Status: Approved. The Melton East Precinct Structure Plan and Infrastructure Contributions Plan were approved by the Minister for Planning and gazetted on 4 September 2026 under Amendment C244melt to the Melton Planning Scheme. The Infrastructure Contributions Overlay schedule was gazetted the same day under Amendment C256melt.
