4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
4.1 When We Share Your Information
We may share your personal information with property industry partners (developers, builders, agents, project marketing and sales teams), financial services partners (mortgage brokers in our network, lenders, aggregators), professional service providers (conveyancers, solicitors, inspectors, valuers, removalists, utility connection services — upon request), technology and service providers (Amazon Web Services, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, Google Workspace, Google Drive, Stripe, Google Analytics, marketing automation and communication providers), our related bodies corporate and affiliates, professional advisors, business purchasers or successors, and government agencies, courts and regulators where legally required.

Property Listing Inquiries submitted through our platform go directly to the listing agent, developer or builder — HALP does not store or process these property-specific inquiries, and the property advertiser becomes the data controller. You should review the advertiser's privacy policy.
General Platform Inquiries (Contact Us, Join Us, Advertise With Us) are collected and stored by HALP in Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign and Google Drive, and used to respond to your inquiry.

Aggregated Data: We may share anonymised, aggregated data that does not identify you personally.
4.3 No Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Any sharing is done with your consent, to provide services you've requested, with service providers who assist us, for the permitted purposes above, or as required by law.
5. Data Security and Storage
5.1 Security Measures
We implement SSL encryption, encrypted storage, secure authentication and access controls, regular security assessments, restricted access on a need-to-know basis, physically secure data centres (AWS), regular backups on AWS, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing via Stripe, and staff privacy training. 5.2 Data Retention
Account information is retained while your account is active plus 7 years after closure; inquiry and communication records for up to 7 years; transaction records for 7 years; marketing data until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent; website analytics typically for 26 months. After the retention period we securely delete or anonymise your personal information where practical given our storage systems.
